Peter Bezek

BezekPeter J. Bezek is a founding partner and the managing partner of the firm. He has over 33 years of jury trial experience in Federal and State Courts throughout the country. Pete served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington from 1977-1980 prosecuting civil child abuse cases (parental deprivation) and consumer protection actions. He also was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Spokane County, State of Washington assigned to felony prosecutions and trials from 1981-1982. In 1982, Pete entered private practice.

Pete focuses on jury trials involving complex business litigation, lender liability cases, class actions, intellectual property litigation, and Internet/e-commerce litigation. He has been lead or co-lead counsel in actions successfully litigated against some of the country’s largest companies, including Verizon (formerly GTE), Verizon Wireless, AT&T, AT&T Wireless, T-Mobile, Bank of America, Fidelity Title Insurance, Chicago Title, Great Western Bank, Bank of the West, Union Bank, East West Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, to name a few. He has obtained verdicts, settlements, and workouts worth in excess of $1.0 billion. Pete, along with a team of talented partners, bring their combined experience and judgment to each case and they design litigation strategies to protect the rights of their clients.
